If you are not happy after initial inspection with quality, materials, or workmanship, please request to have your order returned within 10 days after you receive your order. How do I make a return if I ordered online?

For returns contact Riverside Optics by email at support@riversideoptics.com. You will be instructed on what to do in order to receive a refund on your purchase.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. All products that are returned must contain all original parts that were shipped. The product must have all its original packaging.
